CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your item for a refund or exchange (only online purchases qualify for a refund). The item being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns Cut-Off Date: 14 business days from date of receiving item
Returns Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Returns Fees: 2% restocking fee
Excluded: Earrings, Sale items, Gift Voucher & Credit purchases
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at katherine@ilovekoko.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or repair. If we are unable to replace or repair your item, we will provide you with a refund for the item, depending on the situation.

If upon receiving the item we confirm the item is faulty or damaged, I LOVE KOKO will refund your shipping costs. You must provide a copy of your return shipping receipt to qualify for a refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting us first to ensure the item is available.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
