• Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across Australia for a flat rate of AUD $9.95 on all orders under AUD $100. Orders over AUD $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Express Shipping: For those who need their accessories sooner, express shipping is available for a flat rate of AUD $14.95. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
International Shipping
• Standard International Shipping: Available to select countries for a flat rate of AUD $29.95. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10-15 business days.
• Express International Shipping: Available for a flat rate of AUD $49.95 with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
RETURNS POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at katherine@ilovekoko.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund for the item, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping for Faulty Items: I LOVE KOKO will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting us first to ensure the item is available.
Conditions for Returns

• Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
