SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic (Australia)
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across Australia for a flat rate of AUD $15.00 on all orders under AUD $199. Orders over AUD $199 qualify for free standard shipping.
Express Shipping: For those who need their accessories sooner, express shipping is available for a flat rate of AUD $22.00 on orders under $299. Orders over AUD $299 qualify for free standard shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia
International
Standard International Shipping: Available to select countries for a flat rate of AUD $29.95. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10-15 business days.
Express International Shipping: Available for a flat rate of AUD $49.95 with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days.
Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
RETURNS POLICY
Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase (or received if by mail) for full-priced items only.
Sale Items: No returns or exchanges on sale items.
Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at katherine@ilovekoko.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund for the item, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping for Faulty Items: I LOVE KOKO will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting us first to ensure the item is available.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at katherine@ilovekoko.com.au.
